You already lift. You already eat. The break is the two apps, or the notebook plus the diary. By 22:00 one of them is empty.
FORM is the use case where the session and the meal are the same day. You log both. Rest still counts. The ring tells you if the day landed.
The day
- Scan the meal you actually ate after the gym, not the one in the plan.
- Log the session: what you did, not a program you skipped.
- If it is a rest day, let rest count instead of forcing a fake workout.
- Check the ring once. Open means work left. Closed means in form.
Magic moment
First successful meal card, then a workout on that date. The ring should move. If onboarding buries you in goals before that, the use case failed. Get to the log.
What you stop doing
You stop screenshotting a workout into a food app. You stop entering dinner in a training app’s notes. You stop deciding which subscription is the source of truth. FORM is the source of truth for the day. Specialist tools can stay for percentages and splits if you want them. They should not own the day.
Limits
FORM estimates food. It is not a lab. It does not replace a coach or a clinician. Allergen flags are guidance. If you need a powerlifting meet spreadsheet, keep it. Still close the RING in FORM.
