FORM lives in the iPhone and Android apps. This site does not host accounts. For billing, cancel in App Store or Google Play settings.

Email support

Account, privacy, or a bug. Include the email on the account and your device type.

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google. To cancel or manage yours, open your App Store or Google Play settings.

Email support@getinform.co from the address on the account with the subject “Delete my FORM account”. We will confirm when it is gone.
