Who we are

Data we collect

• Account: email, name, sign-in provider (Apple, Google, or email).
• Profile: age, height, weight, goals, diet preferences, allergens.
• Usage: meals you log, workouts, water, fasting, ring progress.
• Photos you choose to scan. Used to estimate nutrition.
• Health data you connect via Apple Health or Health Connect (sleep, steps, workouts, weight). We only read what you grant.
• Device and diagnostics: app version, crash logs, approximate region.
• Purchases: handled by Apple or Google. We receive subscription status, not your full card number.

How we use it

To run FORM, compute your daily ring, show nutrition and training cards, process subscriptions, fix bugs, and send optional reminders you enable. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use meal photos to advertise to other companies.

Legal bases (EEA / UK)

Contract (to provide the app you downloaded), consent (Health access, camera, notifications, analytics where required), and legitimate interests (security, fraud, product reliability). Health and meal photos are processed to deliver the features you request.

Sharing

Processors that help us host, authenticate, analyze crashes, and send push notifications. Apple and Google for sign-in and billing. We share data if the law requires it. If you use optional social features, content you publish can be seen by other users you choose.

Retention

We keep account and log data while your account is open. You can ask us to delete it. Backups may linger for a short period. Store billing records follow Apple and Google rules.

Your rights

Access, correct, export, or delete your data. Withdraw Health or camera permission in system settings. Object to or restrict certain processing. Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Email support@getinform.co to make a request. We may need to verify it is you.

This website

getinform.co is a static marketing site. It does not set advertising cookies and does not require an account. Store buttons send you to Apple or Google.

Children

People under 16 can use FORM. If you are a parent or guardian, you can create or manage an account for your child. Email support@getinform.co to access, correct, or delete that data.

Changes

We will post updates here and change the effective date. Material changes to how we use personal data will be called out in the app when required.
