BetterMe is a wellness program. Pilates blocks, meal plans, habit coaching, a curriculum for people who want someone else to set the week. That is a clear promise. It is not the same job as capturing the day you actually lived.

FORM does not sell a program identity as the whole product. You scan the plate, barcode, or menu. You can describe the meal in text. You log the session you did, or follow a workout program in the app. FORM tracks sleep and recovery on the same day. A Health Score reads food, training, sleep and recovery together. No cheerleading. No shame copy.

A plan is not the same as a log

If you want someone to hand you a pilates block and a meal plan, a wellness app is direct. FORM will feel like the wrong tool if you never open the camera and never log the session. The product is the day you lived, not a curriculum you meant to follow.

If the leak is the mixed plate, the office lunch, the session you actually finished instead of the one on the calendar, a program leaves that day in a diary you stop opening. FORM is the log you can finish at 21:00: scan or describe the meal, put the workout on today, read sleep and recovery on that date.

Workouts in FORM are still real programs

FORM is not anti-program. It writes a week around how you lift: kit, cadence, split. You can follow a complete program and still scan dinner. BetterMe’s center of gravity is the plan. FORM’s center of gravity is the log, with programs attached so training does not live in a second app.

Who each is for

  • Pick BetterMe if a guided wellness program is the whole practice, and you will follow it.
  • Pick FORM if you want to scan meals, log training, and see health in one place, including days that did not match the plan.
