A workout program is a week you can follow. It is not the same as a blank log, and it is not a human coach. FORM includes complete programs written around how you actually train: the kit you have, the cadence you keep, the split you can repeat. You follow the plan. You still log the session that happened.
What a FORM program is
FORM writes training for the week instead of handing you an empty tracker. Volume and progression live in Fitness. The program is there so you are not rebuilding a split in a notes app every Sunday. It is still your session when you skip a lift or swap a day. Log what you did.
Program vs today’s session
- The program is the plan for the week.
- Today is the session you completed, or the rest you took.
- Food still gets scanned or described on program days and rest days.
- A missed session is a missed session. Do not fake a log to protect the plan.
Programs without a second app
Most people already own a program in one place and a food diary in another. The program wins until dinner, then both lose. FORM keeps the plan, the plate, sleep and recovery in one product. Follow the week. Scan the meal. Read last night on the same date.
FORM is not Ladder. There is no trainer in the thread. It is not BetterMe’s wellness curriculum. Programs here exist so training has a spine, and so the log of the day is still one app.
Who a program in FORM is for
It is for people who train and eat and do not want two subscriptions to remember both. It is not for people who want a live coach. It is not for people who will never log food. The program is useful when you will open FORM after the session and after the meal.
