Sleep, stress and recovery are not extras you bolt on later. FORM tracks them as part of the day, next to the meals you scanned and the session you logged. Last night is a read you open in FORM, not a chart you left in a watch app.

What FORM tracks

  • Sleep: last night, duration, and the week of nights in Rest.
  • Stress: how loaded the day is, next to the session you logged.
  • Recovery: how rest sits with training and food on the same date.
  • A Health Score that reads food, movement, sleep, stress and recovery together.

FORM does not sell a medical sleep lab. It does not narrate HRV in a coach chat. It tracks the night you had and the recovery on that day, then puts both next to the plate.

How last night gets in

The sensor is the watch you already wear. Apple Watch writes sleep through Apple Health. Samsung, Garmin, Oura, Amazfit and Google Health share through Health Connect. FORM tracks those nights in the app. Connect the pipe once. After that, sleep and recovery are FORM features, not a third home screen.

Recovery is not a skipped workout

A rest day is still a day. FORM tracks recovery on days you did not train. Log meals as usual. Read sleep. Do not invent a session to keep a gym streak. Recovery with no food log is still a hole. Recovery with no sleep read is a thinner picture. Track both.

Sleep, food and training on one date

WHOOP and similar bands keep sleep and recovery in a wearable membership. FORM tracks the same layers, then adds the meal card and the workout program. That is the point. You do not need a second band. You need last night, lunch and the session in one overview.

Connect a watch so the night has a source. Scan or describe meals. Log the session, or log rest. Read sleep and recovery on that date. Close the phone.
