FORM is a fitness and nutrition app with one daily ring. Food, training and rest all write to the same day. The ring is the state of that day: closing, or closed.
Most apps split the day into scores you never look at together. FORM fuses them. You check one number. You close one RING.
What feeds the ring
Three inputs. Fuel is what you eat and drink. Movement is training you log. Rest is sleep and recovery you connect or record. Miss one and the ring stays open. Hit the day and it closes.
- Fuel: scan a plate, a barcode, or a menu. Or type the meal.
- Movement: log a session. Strength, cardio, or a mixed day.
- Rest: sleep and recovery count. A rest day is still a day in FORM.
Closed is earned
The ring does not close because you opened the app. It does not close because you paid. Your icon, your splash, your share card render the ring you actually earned that day. Nobody sees it closed for free.
One number, not three dashboards
Macros still land on the meal card: protein, carbs, fat, energy. Workouts still have sets and duration. Health data still has sleep and steps if you connect Apple Health or Health Connect. Those details stay. The ring is how you know the day landed.
If you only have time to check one thing, check the ring. If it is open, you still have work. If it is closed, the day is in form.
How a day starts
Day 0 is the first day you use FORM. Scan a meal. Log what you already did in the gym, or skip training if it is a rest day. Let sleep count. Watch the ring move. That is the product. Everything else is in service of that loop.
What the ring is not
The ring is not a medical score. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace a clinician. It does not measure glucose or blood pressure. Allergen flags on a scan are guidance. Always check the label. FORM estimates nutrition from photos, text, barcodes and menus. Estimates can be wrong. Use judgment.
The ring is a daily practice. Close it. Repeat tomorrow.
